On Saturday night we enjoyed a 50's inspired night for Christine's 60th birthday party at Iwade Village Hall near Sittingbourne in Kent! Warmly welcomed by Christine's husband, Kevin and all her family and friends the party got into full swing early on with a fantastic mixture of Rockabilly, 50's and 60's swing! With another fantastic DJ on the decks courtesy of Sugar Promotions Entertainment Agency, everybody old and young got in the mood for a party!
While our friendly bar staff poured the drinks in between the dancing and laughter, It became apparent that many bottles of Morgans would fly off the shelves! While the ladies enjoyed a Cuban or two (Morgans Spiced Rum, Coke and a dash of Lime) the men were enjoying a cold bottle or two of Newcastle Brown Ale or a double Smirnoff and Coke.
After a lot of research and searching for the right suppliers, Kevin booked Sugar Promotions Mobile Bar hire for Christine's surprise party. While being able to cater for small and large events with our stunning mobile bar, Iwade Village Hall is more of an intimate setting with smaller set up requirements. Upon our arrival the team quickly adapted and set up the bar within the serving hatch and kitchen area. With a range of adaptable bar equipment, quick thinking staff and and an eye for design, we soon looked made to measure inside the quirky surroundings.
At the end of the event, and with our lovely bar maid 'Mummy Tina' being Christine's new best friend, It was great to get back to office on Monday morning to receive such fantastic feedback:
Both Chris and I would like to thank you for such a brilliant night, the music, the DJ, the photography, the exceptionally happy and dancey bar staff!, everything really! We cant wait for an excuse for another party! Perhaps my 60th!, all the best, Kev and Chris"
