All reputable venues will require a range of documentation from suppliers working within their premises. Having provided our bar and entertainment services to a wide range of venues, we understand this and aim to create a great working relationship with your venue before the day of your event arrives. If appropriate, we shall write to the venue and introduce ourselves, allowing them time to request any relevant documentation such as PAT (portable appliance testing), PLI (Our £10M public liability insurance). Some even go as far as to ask for risk assessments, method statements and disclaimers - all of which we are prepared for.
Do I have to book everything through you?
No, not at all. While we have the experience and equipment to provide all of your entertainment needs, our only recommendation is research your suppliers, talk to them, do they sound like the right person for you? check their reviews & documentation, are they recommended supplier for any local venues? Talk to us too, we may even know them and can recommend local, reputable suppliers for a range of services. After all we arrange parties on a daily basis and have a great working relationship with lots of local businesses.
